These brownies are dangerously good—fudgy in the middle, crackly on top, and just smug enough to know they’re everyone’s favourite.

200g butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa - sifted
1 cup flour - sifted
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs
300g white chocolate
Melt butter in a saucepan (Use a big one so everything gets mixed in the pot).
Add sugar, cocoa, flour, vanilla and eggs and mix together.
Add white chocolate and mix.
Place in a well greased tin and bake in oven at 150C for 40 - 45 minutes or until cooked.
