Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

• 200g butter

• 1 1/2 cups sugar

• 1 cup cocoa - sifted

• 1 cup flour - sifted

• 1 tsp vanilla essence

• 3 eggs

• 300g white chocolate

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan (Use a big one so everything gets mixed in the pot).

2. Add sugar, cocoa, flour, vanilla and eggs and mix together.  

3. Add white chocolate and mix. 

4. Place in a well greased tin and bake in oven at 150C for 40 - 45 minutes or until cooked.
