Everyone loves a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Always a hit at morning tea. Honestly, the dough’s got about a 50/50 chance of reaching the oven.

2¼ cups unsifted plain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
250g butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
300g Cadbury Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, cream butter with sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture.
Stir in Chocolate Chips.
Drop a tablespoon of dough per cookie onto cookie tray.
Bake at 190°C for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
